Domestic Shipping:
We currently offer shipping within Australia only. All orders are processed within 2 business days, and standard regular post takes approximately 3 - 5 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. Express post is also available for those who wish to receive their orders sooner.

Flat Postal Rates:

  • Regular Post: $9.95
  • Express Post: $12.95

Free shipping:
We offer free shipping by regular post for orders over $100.

International Shipping:
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time due to customs restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the future.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your order.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Lost or Damaged Packages:
All products purchased from our website are checked for defects and quality before shipment. If your item is damaged, please contact us at sales@healthsupport.com.au and we will either issue a refund or exchange the item. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.

Defective items must be returned to Health Support within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available) or another item of the customer's choice of the same value, or a refund will be given.
