Free shipping for orders within Australia over $100
Orders placed from percyspowder.com.au are usually dispatched within 2 working days from when payment is received. Orders sent to an Australian address normally takes approximately 3 to 5 business days by regular post (depending on your location) once your order is dispatched. Freight costs are calculate at checkout but orders over $100 are free shipping.
International shipping is temporarily unavailable due to the pandemic impacting freight restrictions globally.
All prices on our site are in AUD dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate. When ordering outside of Australia, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
High demand for some requested items, changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times. We will advise you of any known delays beyond the estimated delivery times via email.
In some cases, it may be necessary for us to refund the cost of some items that will be unavailable for some time (usually more than one month).
We reserve the right to change the shipping method selected if there is a problem with the provided address and the shipping method that was selected. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable shipping method at our own discretion.
Health Support will not replace, refund, or provide credit notes if items are damaged or lost in transit. All costs associated with the return of parcels due to customers error e.g. incorrect address, will not be shipped until all return costs and additional shipping charges are paid.
