Spirulina now comes in a trendy blue colour to enhance the look of your beverages, baking, smoothies, and more! Add a dash of blue spirulina powder to your baking as a natural food colouring. The kids will get a thrill from the natural blue colouring!

This intense deep blue pigment, known as phycocyanin is extracted from blue-green algae. Blue Spirulina has been freeze-dried to preserve its natural colour and nutrients. There's no fishy after taste and it's gluten-free and vegan friendly.

SUGGESTED USE 

Add 1 g (approx. 1 level tsp.) of Blue Spirulina to water, juices, smoothies, yogurts, ice creams, cereals, or any other foods for brilliant blue colouring.
For light blue shades, use just a pinch and for a more brilliant blue, use up to the full teaspoon.
